  I was referred to Elite Windows by my mother who had recently had some work done on her cottage. The quote process was quick, easy and efficient, and the windows were installed into our home within a matter of weeks. Paul and his team of fitters did a great job. Thank you!

  I would definitely NOT recommend this company. My windows leak and I have awful draughts. My old windows looked worse but were a far better fit. A job I was told would take 3 days ended up taking 12 days with them coming back to fix issues or things they didn’t do while fitting originally and still no resolve. The original windows were measured in correctly and the doors bowed so wouldn’t lock. The fascia board that had been fitted was too small and I was told you couldn’t get a larger one. Luckily I was told that wasn’t true. Eventually Paul backed down when I told him I would buy one. Amazingly he managed to source one then. I was told problems were manufacture issues but they supplied the windows and refused to do anything. I was lied to throughout visits and in emails. I’m guessing to try and cover themselves as I said I’d take them to court. I ended up going through trust a trader. I was happily going to take them to court if trust a trader didn’t resolve things. Luckily I had held back a small sum so I am now going to get another company to replace the windows that leak and are draughty. Although this will set me out of pocket I am happy to not have to deal with anymore lies and bad workmanship. I wasn’t going to write a review but I know another person who had trouble with Elite (unfortunately after I had my windows fitted) They haven’t written a review. Paul kept telling me at every visit how he had 100% positive reviews. Unfortunately when you have been battling a company for months on end, sometimes we just want to forget the problem and not bother with writing a negative reviews. I felt it was important to warn others.

  We are very pleased with the windows and the service provided by Elite Windows, who have been professional and responsive. we have noticed the difference in heat and sound insulation.

  I had French doors and windows fitted by this company and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Paul came round initially to provide the quote, and his knowledge was outstanding. He explained everything clearly and made me feel very reassured and confident in going ahead. The fitter was extremely good – tidy, efficient, and clearly very skilled. The installation was completed to a high standard and with minimal disruption. I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism, quality of work, and excellent customer service.
