  After having the console nearly a month they said it was irrepairable as it was the cpu and the likelihood of a permenant fix was low. Cool thats fine but whys it taken from the 17th of april untill the 13th of may to get the console back. The only saving grace was charlie gray from customer support who did actually help with info and more detail as to why it couldnt be repaired which i appreciate, good guy. I was going to send 2 controllers to them to fix the stick drift but i dont really want to wait another 3 and a half weeks to get them so i think ill go somewhere else.

  Took my sons switch it for repair as dint charge or switch on, Came back working perfect all in the time frame stated. Quoted a price before they even seen it. Definitely would use again if needed
