  Caring management, quick to listen and solve any issues with clients and workers.More considerate of their workers and clients, responds fast on emergencies .Very welcoming and it feels more like a home to many.Staff work together as a team .Very approachable team to work with.I would highly recommend xx

  Chamomile Care have been assisting my parents for 3 years now. They have given excellent support and advice as we meet and care for my mother and father's changing needs. From driving and accompanying Dad (a wheelchair user since his stroke) to his day centre, church and social commitments on a regular basis and last minute, ad hoc too - to supporting mum with domestic tasks large and small. They are very good at helping out as well when family can not step in. Mum has Alzheimer's disease which is progressing. Their understanding of what is needed is exemplary and we are very grateful for their continued support.

  Chamomile Care provided respite care for my very elderly father in his own home while his regular career was on holiday. My father is loosing his sight and has mobility issues that mean he needs personal care and help with day to day living. Throughout registration, assessment and care everybody at Chamomile Care were professional and very thorough. The care manager came to his home to complete the necessary paperwork. She explained everything very well ensuring that my father was always consulted. She returned nearer the time to shadow his carer and made careful notes to ensure that the transition would be as smooth as possible. His needs were met brilliantly and the engagement with him was excellent. He very much enjoyed the visits and I felt confident that not only was he safe but also that he was happy with the situation. I would have no hesitation in recommending Chamomile Care to others and will be sure to use them again as the necessity arises.

  Excellent company employing caring staff who treat each client with respect, consideration and the right level of support. Extremely flexible as personal circumstances change and they often go above and beyond when the need arises. I do not hesitate in recommending them.
