  Extremely unprofessional and waste of time company They completed an EICR and despite requesting numerous of times the outcome or certificate , noting received for almost 2 months The EICR has been requested by the previous landlord but I was happy to pay and get the result I would not recommend for this kind of services as it’s just waste of time . If you have to compliant with the law and expect these company to do , send or give you the outcome of the results you better hire a professional and more responsible company or you may face huge penalty for non compliance as landlord 83 Thirlmere avenue EICR done on 14th of August usually suppose to be ready whiting 7 days when the contractor is super busy or very lazy , nearly 2 months for reports its long time Reading
