  Worst MOT service I have ever received. Communication was extremely poor throughout the process. I received no proactive updates on the status of my vehicle and had to repeatedly call the garage myself just to find out what was happening. To make matters worse, my tyre locking wheel nut key was lost while the vehicle was in their care, causing additional inconvenience and frustration. In response to my review, one of the owners stated that they do not earn money from MOTs. However, whether or not the business makes a profit from an MOT is not the issue. My review is based on the level of customer service I received. Customers should still expect clear communication, regular updates, and proper care of their property regardless of the profitability of the service provided. I would have appreciated an acknowledgment of these concerns and an explanation of how they would be addressed, rather than a response focused on the financial aspect of the MOT service. Unfortunately, my experience fell well below expectations, and I would not recommend their MOT service based on this experience.

  Thank you to the staff at Draycott’s who helped me out at very short notice to fit a new car radiator. Was stuck in an unfamiliar area by myself and they were helpful and kind. Thank you again.

  I’ve used this garage several times now and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’re always super friendly, helpful and reliable, and the prices are fair too. I’ve always felt like I’m getting an honest service without being overcharged. Great customer service and great work every time. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
