Tech repair via CEX is a great service! I had a PS5 where I needed the laser repaired. What I like is that you have a physical location where to drop your item. You get a paper receipt and one via email and text message. You get updates via email and text too. Then you go back to the store to collect. The collection from store (to go to the repair centre) is 1 day a week so if you miss it you have to wait to the next week. I wish I knew that beforehand! Otherwise, for the price, I got my repair done, the console got a good clean, and they would have fixed any other issues a the same time in the same price. Then my console gets a 2 year warranty if I ever need any further repairs done in the same price! It is great value really. Now I can rest easy knowing that the kids can play for the next 2 years and the any repairs will be covered.
