  Check your discs before you leave the store!! Twice in a row I've got home to find the wrong disc(s) in the box. First time it was the wrong movie entirely, second time it was the blu ray instead of the 4k one. Never had a problem in any other CEX stores except Oxford

  Terrible customer service. I had a device to sell to them and was told it would take 5 mins so decided to wait. Almost half an hour later I’m still waiting. I politely inform the staff member that I’m running out of time with where I’ve parked my car and that I’d like my device to be returned; that I’d come back another time. Instead of returning my device she slowly walked around the store and served other customers. I reminded her a further two times until I resorted to asking her colleague. She looked like she didn’t care at all and didn’t want to be there.

  Personnel in the shop were pleasant and polite. Zero fuss on purchase. Good shop all round.

  Sold my headphones. They said I would receive the money through bank transfer the following day, it has been 48hrs and never received it... Do not recommend

  Extremely poor customer service at the Cowley branch. They insist on taking contact information, yet don't bother to keep you informed. I recently spent 2 days back and forth because they kept giving different reasons as to why they couldn't take an item that I immediately sold elsewhere. If you don't want to buy something from a customer, just say! Don't come up with a new reason every time an imaginary issue is fixed, then come up with a new fault. Every time I went in, another customer was complaining about something. This branch is a joke, don't waste your time.
