Peter & S Building Services Ltd converted a 4 bedroom end of terraced house into a 6 bedroom house with a second floor extension for our HMO property. The project included a full renovation and building work. This is the first time we have taken on a project of this scale and were very happy with the service and quality of work from Peter and his team. He was very honest and was happy to explain all areas of the project and provided a guarantee for his work which gave us peace of mind. I would definitely recommend them for all your building needs.

I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside P&S Building Services and see first-hand how they operate. What impressed me most is the pride they take in their work — proper attention to detail, professional approach and a genuine focus on doing things right rather than simply getting them done. Piotr and the team are ambitious, reliable and clearly care about the reputation they’re building. Great people to work with and a company I’m happy to recommend.
