  I arranged this company to carry out a landlord gas safety inspection on a Worcester Bosch gas boiler. This company said it was unsafe and turned it off, as it apparently needed a replacement burner gasket and heat exchanger. Being a responsible landlord, I arranged for Worcester Bosch themselves to come and replace the heat exchanger and carry out any work needed to get the boiler to be in full working order. A week later when the Worcester Bosch engineer came, he said the heat exchanger was absolutely fine and only the gasket was required. This gasket could have been replaced easily and would not have left my tenant without a boiler for a week or caused me to arrange for major repairs which were not necessary. This company have accepted no responsibility for diagnosing the replacement of a heat exchanger which was not required, and the associated waste of time, money and inconvenience. I won't be using this company again. I have now seen the reply. This company is now misrepresenting Worcester Bosch. Their report didn't say a heat exchanger replacement was required. The report stated that the reason for their callout was because a heat exchanger replacement was required. This was provided by myself based on the incorrect diagnosis given by this company. When the Worcester Bosch engineer attended he very quickly concluded that the heat exchanger was fine and was operating without issue. I am not suggesting that no work was required with the boiler. I am just annoyed that a costly heat exchanger replacement was demanded in addition to a replacement gasket, when the gasket alone, which could have been replaced quickly at a much lower cost right away, or very quickly would have resolved the problem, with much less inconvenience to the occupier.

  After trying different companies and failing to resolve issues I had with pipes, Blackstone came through and solved the issue. They were extremely patient and very professional throughout. Great boiler service too. Thank you so much, I am one happy customer and I highly recommend you all. Not forgetting Linda, great booking and communication.
