  After trying different companies and failing to resolve issues I had with pipes, Blackstone came through and solved the issue. They were extremely patient and very professional throughout.   David provided an exceptional service, from a winter call-out for a broken heater which he diagnosed in minutes then fixed the next day; to a boiler replacement and hot water tank replacement which he specced and installed with fantastic attention to detail. The quotes we received had all the relevant information with reasonable costs laid out for what we needed. This along with Davids willingness share his knowledge and professional opinions about related items gave us a great deal of confidence in his work.
