We had just made our way down from a similar 3 store in Ashton where the service was completely the opposite. The phone i wanted was not in stock but apart from that we felt an air of discomfort and in spite of not many customers being in there and our polite approach it was as if we werent welcome from the minute we walked in.The staff at Ashton suggested we try another store hence we went over to Oldham.This was our first visit to the Oldham store in response to my currently expiring contract and to select a new 5G Galaxy phone. It was not long before we were attended to in spite of the fact that all the staff were at the time occupied. The staff member was very friendly and helpfull and also efficient which helped us to feel relaxed. He assured us that the new phone we had chosen was a good choice and setting up the new contract complete with suitable insurance went through with no problems. My phone works really well and i want to say thanks to the staff at the 3 phone store in Oldham centre.
