  We recently had our new kitchen and bedroom units fitted by DP Kitchens and Bedrooms, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial design consultation right through to completion, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, and the attention to detail is second to none. The kitchen design is absolutely fantastic – they made incredible use of the available space and created a layout that is both beautiful and practical. Our whole family loves it ( especiallythe wife), and it has completely transformed our home. A special mention must go to Dave, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he made the whole experience easy and enjoyable from start to finish. We would highly recommend DP Kitchens and Bedrooms to anyone looking for high-quality kitchens or fitted bedrooms. Excellent service, excellent craftsmanship, and excellent people. Thank you for doing such an amazing job!

  We recently had fitted wardrobes and matching units installed, and we could not be happier. Dave was very patient with us during the design process, we did change our mind a few times! In the end the quote was very reasonable for a tricky design. The fitters arrived exactly when promised, worked efficiently, and left the room immaculate. The final finish looks incredibly sleek and premium. 10/10 recommendation!

  We can't thank David enough for designing our new kitchen. We created a 'wish list' and he was able to accommodate everything we asked for. He regularly called round while the work was in progress just to check everything was going according to plan, which it was. The work was carried out to a high standard thanks to David's recommendation of a skilled fitter. We would highly recommend DP kitchen and bedrooms Ltd and would use them for any future work.

  Having bought bedroom and living room furniture, he demands payment before anything is provided, during the fitting process several items did not have pre drilled holes, and needed my fitter to deal with it, we where then given incorrect handles and had to chase for them, we where given short supplies of screw covers and hinges and several other issues etc (I have all messages to show the issues we had during this time), just before the one year mark the soft close on one of the fitted wardrobes failed, the owner of this company blames the fitter (what an excuse), citing I chose my fitter (which he knew, had liaised with during the fitting and commented on them doing a good job!), he then arranged a time to come out and then failed to show up! he then said get your fitter to sort it in the most unprofessional manner possible, he even had the gall to threaten me with legal action for leaving honest feedback! I have given him an opportunity to correct the issue, after which I will be utilizing legal action. I will upload screen shots of the conversations I have had with him in due course. Having had such a bad experience, please consider carefully using this company. Response to reply received: Not accepting of any feedback, which usually indicates lack of insight and poor customer service. The issue remains unresolved. Once appropriate time frames have lapsed, legal intervention will commence. Given my experience with this company, I would definitely not recommend them, he plays nice until a problem presents itself or once payments have been made, then he stops answering calls, and he becomes very rude. After sale customer support is none existent.

  David aided in making our new kitchen, which involved a full refurbishment and redesign (two rooms into one) a pleasant experience. David was able to measure, design and offer visual representations of how the kitchen would look prior to the building work being commenced. David made the planning process a breeze. David scheduled a delivery date for all the kitchen units and appliances, which coordinated perfectly with all the tradesmen having completed their assigned tasks, with the driver arriving punctually as agreed to ensure there was no delay for the fitting team to perform their tasks. The quality of the kitchen is excellent and the finished project is now a showpiece that is credit to all involved. As with every major project within a lived -in home, inconvenience and stress is expected. Fortunately, we suffered little disruption to our daily life. It was only hard work for the fitting team. I would like to thank David and all involved for their service, support and commitment in making our kitchen aesthetically pleasing as well as functional. Very pleased 😀
