Unhelpful staff. Had to plead to get a top up voucher for my phone. They refused to sell one to my partner. He was told he had to use the app.Very bizarre.

Went to speak to someone and to ask for information (I have a Tesco mobile contract).
Spoke to Tom at the Clifton moor store. He was efficient, friendly and dealt with my query to my satisfaction.
(While I had waited in the queue to speak to him he dealt with a query from an elderly lady and he couldn't have been nicer to her. I was very impressed with his manner).
