  We have a Skoda Fabia VRS, 2006 plate. It had been sitting on the drive, with a dented wing, a water leak that no one had been able to diagnose, and badly rusting sills. Although it was mechanically sound, it looked so bad, that Scrappies regularly knocked on the door asking if they could tow it away. None of our usual garages would touch it, too big a job, too specialist they said. We faced a dilemma, scrap a much loved (and very fun to drive) car, or look further afield for a bodywork specialist. I struggled to find one for ages, until I came upon Phoenix, Tristan responded to my email in a few hours and we arranged for him to take a look. We left it with him, and what we got back was basically a new car. All dents and rust sorted, some pretty extensive welding had to be done to rebuild the sills, but they look flawless. The dented wing is dented no more, and the whole thing was polished to a shine. Moreover, he'd found the hole that was letting in most of the water, and most of the condensation problems have gone as well. As I write this, it has just sailed through it's MOT without so much as an advisory. Make no mistake, when you go to Phoenix, you're not just getting a mechanic, or a welder, what you are getting is a craftsman, as talented as any sculptor, artist or jeweller.

  Repaired really bad damage on hubby's mini countryman, fantastic job, the guy is incredible. Done on time, below expected quote and really nice chap to boot. Would highly recommend him.

  Just had my 1996 Jaguar XJS fully stripped, rusted areas cut-out and replaced, then a full respray and she’s looking a million dollars! Paul and his team did a fabulous job including replacing carpets, fixing the central-locking and radio, restoring the leather etc. The price quoted was what I was ultimately charged despite a couple of extra jobs being done along the way. It’s been a pleasure dealing with Paul / Phoenix and would definitely recommend them.
