  We recently engaged Neil Jones at Elementary Locks to undertake a code change on our simplex lock and to provide an ongoing service for code changes. Neil has been professional, reliable and easy to deal with throughout. Communication was excellent, appointments were arranged promptly, and the work was completed efficiently with minimal disruption. He also took the time to visit the surgery beforehand to introduce himself and discuss our requirements, which was much appreciated.   Copy of an unusual (huge) key to the main door of a church and repair to the old key. I have used Elementary Locks before and will, if needed, do so again.

  Excellent service provided by Neil of Elementary Locks. He was very friendly and efficient and showed us exactly what needed repairing on two faulty windows. They now close and lock perfectly!
