  Cannot recommend Neil highly enough. Extremely knowledgeable and able to explain this knowledge to those with little understanding. He replaced the gear box in our front door, all the handles and locks in both front and back doors as well as ensuring doors were aligned following replacement of some missing screws. Neil was very professional and presented our options prior to work in a clear and non pushy manor. When doing the work, he was very friendly as well as fast and efficient. Would recommend to anyone needing a locksmith.
