  Nick and his team have done a fantastic job of upgrading our solar system. The whole team are very professional and have been polite, courteous and tidy throughout the whole job. Wholeheartedly recommend.

  The NB Electrical team recently completed an installation of panels, battery, gateway and other bits to our new home. This was further complicated because the voltage in our area was very high so we had to also have an optimiser fitted to step down the voltage. Throughout the installation, from design, selection, ordering, DNO paperwork, installation and dealing with any teething issues, Nick and the team were truly brilliant. They answered all my questions and really helped me understand the process, the next steps, timelines etc. Yes, we hit a problem with the grid once the kit was installed and turned on, but Nick was able to quickly diagnose and come up with the next steps and options to address it - note that this was outside their control and related to the local grid under control of the DNO. Over the course of a few days, we had a few different engineers to work on our system and all of them were pleasant, enthusiastic and clearly knowledgeable - they were great to deal with and gave us great confidence. We now have a system which works brilliantly, has run on and off the grid for extended periods and has seen our grid consumption plummet, albeit in sunny summer days! We've had solar systems before, but the SigEnergy system recommended by Nick and duly installed is a class above that old system...and we thought that system was very decent! Great kit, great team, very happy.

  Absolutely brilliant service, Nick and his team, Craig, Wayne, Dan, Leon, and Callum were fantastic. Super kind, helpful, and explained everything in a way I could understand, and they even answered questions from my little one, which meant a lot to him (and me!) I would definitely recommend them.

  Just had 11 solar panels and a battery fitted to the house and i am very happy with it, the lads did a mint job very tidy and clean work with attention to detail, they left no mess or boxes, talked me through app and installation, will definitely use nick and the team for any future electrical work. Thanks again
