  After noticing damp at my property I was really stuck with what to do next. I needed to know the source of the moisture before seeking out a builder and plaster to fix the issue. I didnt want to waste my money by getting the work done for the problem to come back the same as before. I employed TMF independent damp specialist to access the problem for me. What a great service I recieved. I dealt with Tyrone who was professional, on time and provided me with a detailed diagnosis both verbally and in writting. The diagnosis was provided very quickly with evidence of moisture readings and calculations. I was also provided with detailed recomendation to resolve the damp issue. I cant explain how refreshing it was to do business with a company that came when they said they would and completed the job in a professional and timely manner.

  Extremely happy with TMF professional service. Tyrone's report was detailed and at the end of the inspection he talked me though areas of concern and discussed solutions. Would highly recommend TMF.
