  Richard gave us two very different options with the initial drawings for our new house, one more modern than the other. We chose the latter. He worked with us all along the way to achieve the final look we wanted, even re-drawing plans when we changed our minds and went for vaulted ceilings. He was calmly patient and knowledgeable in suggesting where to get specialist professional help in many areas of the build.

  Richard Webster provided an excellent service from first consultation to project completion.His attention to detail is precise and he was very accommodating to our design vision. He was quick to respond to our queries throughout. We found his fee very reasonable and he delivered a design that our construction company could follow and make happen. We were particularly impressed with how smoothly the final building approval for the project went thanks to Richard’s clear planning and careful instruction.

  Richard at Prospect Design provided the architectural and design services for our plans to convert derelict farm buildings into 2 annexes/holiday lets on our property within the North York Moors National Park. Richard understood the planning and design requirements of the Park, and created a configuration that was not only incredibly sympathetic to the original buildings but also pleasing to the eye and fit for purpose. Richard was always approachable and prompt when discussing ideas and feedback. In addition, he was extremely professional and friendly in his interactions with us and the other professionals who brought the whole project to fruition.
