I recently returned to Three after a long time. The process was relatively simple I had a small query regarding txt messaging and called into the Harrogate shop on Thursday 13 th June. I’m afraid the service I received was way below the standard I would expect. The young man continually sniffed, yawned and stretched his arms up whilst I was talking. I didn’t see a name but it said “training” on his badge. He certainly didn’t help and told me to ring customer service! Very unsatisfactory.
