  I had the profound pleasure in visiting thus set foot within this very intriguing CeX store in Harrogate spa town centre back in mid-2024, It was the first time I got to experience harrogate's very own CeX store (went there with a previous P.A.) Just as good as any other fellow CeX store that I've been thus visited over the past few years, This is where I even saw thus purchased the complete series of classic British tv sitcom 'brush strokes' on DVD. I later revisited Harrogate's CeX store over a year later in late 2025 with a fresh new P.A. I do hope to revisit this CeX in harrogate one day.

  Great selection of DVDs and Wii games, including full box sets. Staff were super friendly - shout-out to Dale who patiently went and searched 3 times to find a Wii Fit Plus game and board for us!

  Tried to by a few games and the games were available the box's were missing. Their wasn't a big range of ps5 games and parking is terrible.

  Purchased a product online which unfortunately was faulty, no fault of CEX these things happen. I took them into my local store Harrogate they explained the process to me in full took the faulty item and said they needed to be tested to verify and that a full refund would be issued. Within an hour I had received and email confirming item was faulty and that the refund had been processed. The store is a credit to the company very professional and customer focused will definitely be returning .

  They overprice games, you can have something in good condition and they give you barely anything for it they buy things for really cheap and sell them for like triple the price and they sell things that are broken they sold me a switch which had a crack in it and when I tried to return it they said it had a crack so they couldn't buy it and we had arguments and never got my money back and when I told them that I bought it from them like that they said no they didn't I also bought a Xbox 360 from them and it had a broken disk tray that kept opening and closing also it couldn't connect to the internet and when I bought it from them they said it works fine also all the consols looks so dirty and grade B's are so dirty and in bad condition and the cases for games they are so bad like some are ripped to shreds and some have stains on them and they don't put the price down for it 1/10 such a scam cex probably stands for Conning Everyone X-actly like Scammers or... Cash Extracted by Xploitation
