  I couldn't recommend this company more highly. We had previously contacted another local tradesman to look at our faulty boiler and had a terrible experience. Fantastic communication from Hannah who does the admin. John really listened to our problem and appreciated the fact that we'd like to have something repaired, rather than instantly try to sell us a new boiler. We felt extremely confident with the advice given, excellent service and fantastic value for money. We are so happy to have found a trustworthy and reliable plumber and gas engineer who is also forward thinking enough to have training in heat pump installation. Will definitely be our go to in the future.

  Attended as agreed. Even arrived a little bit early unlike others who aren't quite so prompt. Dealt with annual check swiftly and efficiently and advised as required. Polite and friendly and we will be happy to engage this company again.

  I'm not going to beat about the bush so I'll get straight to it. Five star service from J. Wheatley Gas, Plumbing and heating services. They fitted a new bathroom for us and the final product was spectacular. Exceptional customer service provided by Hannah, exceptional quality of materials, exceptional finished product, exceptional service provided by John who came to quote us for the work, exceptional work carried our by Adam our bathroom fitter. J.Wheatley Gas, Plumbing and Heating Services are a phenomenal company..professional, reliable, friendly, trustworthy, respectful and extremely hard working. They provided fabulous value for money, especially in the current climate, and i have already made an appointment for an engineer to come again in the new year to estimate for 2 more jobs in our home. It can be a scary thing to have a company come into your home who you know nothing about but you don't need to worry about this one...I've told you all you need to know.

  One star for the friendliness and politeness of the gas fire fitter and one for Mr Wheatley bothering to telephone me back after I complained. Unfortunately no stars for the excessive time taken to fit a simple, small, flame-effect gas fire. He recorded a time of 4 hours 45 minutes for a very similar job that took 2 hours 30 minutes (by Mr Wheatley) in another house I have. Also another very similar fire I had fitted in another room by a different gas fitter took 2 hours. The time recorded included 45 minutes to collect a part he should have brought with him, 5 significant telephone calls he received whilst fitting the fire, and 15 minutes added on after leaving the premises. At £1.40 per minute, a very expensive fitting which Mr Wheatley's office did reduce slightly on complaint. My advice...always get a quotation before starting the job, I was silly and paid the price.
