  John and Fern have been so helpful and attentive regarding the booking of our holiday. They went to great lengths to find the ideal hotel for us and have sourced an amazing deal. They are so friendly, warm and welcoming and most importantly, our requirements were listened to. All the stress was taken off our shoulders and we have now booked a further holiday for next year. We have no hesitation at all in recommending " Destinations by John". Joyce and Fred

  I currently have two holidays booked with this business, so I was surprised and disappointed to discover that I have been blocked from viewing their Facebook business page. I have not been given an explanation for why I have been blocked. As an existing customer with upcoming bookings, I find this disappointing, particularly as Facebook is one of the channels the business uses to communicate and share information with customers. This review is based solely on my own experience. I would appreciate some clarification from the business about why I have been prevented from accessing their Facebook page while I still have active bookings with them.

  Went to Destinations by John with a small but specific list of what we wanted from a week away after I'd wasted hours looking online going from site to site and getting thoroughly confused and frustrated. John quickly found me a destination and a hotel which met every requirement at a great price. Just returned from a wonderful holiday which was exactly as John had arranged.

  I went in with the thought of going to Toronto but after talking to John about cruising we came away with an Avalon Cruise down the Danube. John was so good at explaining what it entailed and what the experience would be like from his first hand experience. I cant praise him enough for his care and customer service, giving us the information and then allowing me to decide if it was for us. I will certainly be going back to see John for my next holiday!
