  I can’t recommend Prestige Air Con Ltd highly enough. From the very first visit, Mark and the lads were professional, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. They took the time to advise us on the best locations to install the units to maximise their performance and explained the different sizes available to ensure we chose the right systems for our home. We were provided with a range of quotes, from the most affordable options right through to the top-of-the-range units, all including installation. The installation of both our bedroom and downstairs air conditioning units was completed to an exceptionally high standard. The team were punctual, friendly and worked efficiently throughout. They were also extremely tidy, cleaning up thoroughly after themselves and leaving everything spotless. Before they left, they gave us a full demonstration of how the units worked, making sure we were confident using all the features and answering every question we had. Excellent customer service from start to finish, fantastic workmanship, and a genuinely professional team. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Prestige Air Con Ltd to anyone considering air conditioning.

  ✅😎 Heatwave Ready 🥶☀️ If your house is like an oven and keeps all the heat in I’d recommend Prestige air con Ltd. We can’t use our living room when the temperature goes up 🌡️🥵 🛠️🧰Professional service with quick installation. I was worried because I’d just had my living room decorated but there’s not a mark on the wall. 📆 Less than a month from initial message to installation and I think I had a quote for every possible combination before ordering…. They take card too 💳😜💸 We got a larger 10kw outdoor unit that can have up to 5 air con units to future proof the house but only 2 installed, the 5kw in the living room and 2.5kw in the bedroom. Tidy trunken around the house and through the loft for upstairs.

  Great service from start to finish. Mark was responsive to all my questions prior to the order being placed which was really helpful. On the day they were on time, well prepared and ready to go. The job was installed beautifully, a very neat job and they were tidy afterwards and really polite and helpful. I deal with a lot of different trades and companies and Prestige Air Con are in my opinion one of the best. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I'd certainly go back should I require any additional units. 5 stars from me!!

  Mark communicated clearly throughout the process and first visited to assess the property and recommend the most suitable air conditioning system sizes. Although the initial installation date had to be postponed due to supplier stock issues, he kept me informed and promptly arranged a new date. Despite ongoing supplier challenges, Mark upgraded the system at no additional cost and honoured the original quotation. On the installation day, Gary and his team of three arrived promptly at 8:00 am on a Saturday and completed the work efficiently by 2:30 pm. They installed two outdoor units and three indoor units to a very high standard. The team was professional, worked diligently, and ensured the site was clean and tidy before leaving. Overall, an excellent service and a high-quality installation.
