  Excellent and very prompt service from Jack who clearly knows his stuff. Arrived only 30mins after initial enquiry and resolved the issue professionally. He even went on to check and clear our neighbours drains and identified a blockage further away from the property and advised that we needed to report this to Northumbria water to make necessary repairs. Absolutely excellent all round and very reasonably priced. Would not hesitate to use again. Highly recommended!

  I've had two blocked toilets in my new-build property, and Jack came out to thoroughly inspect the drainage pipes and made sure everything was completely sorted before he left. He was really friendly, knowledgeable, and his pricing was very reasonable too. I couldn't be happier with the service and would highly recommend him to anyone having drainage issues! 😊

  Brilliant communication when I requested a quote and arranging a date and time for my drain issue. He gave a fixed price and the booking was made. On the day he arrived bang on time and worked on fixing the problem, and then tidying up. So pleased I came across them and I would definitely recommend and use them in the future if needed. Thank you.
