  James serviced my alarm system today after I was given his number from a family member. When I phoned to say I had an issue with my alarm we arranged a date and time. He was prompt and very friendly and done a thorough check of the system. He installed a new battery and outside panel and give me advice about the system. When he left he said not to hesitate to call him if I had any problems in the future. Would highly recommend and was so glad was given his number. Thanks again James 👍

  James was super accomodating and made sure i had a replacement fire alarm system within 24 hours. He walked me through the basics and was really lovely!

  Excellent service from James who found the fault within minutes. I got also a free change of cover of alarm bell as I will be continuing with JCL Fire & Security. Thank you again for managing to come within a couple of hours time.

  James has just been out to my house, outside of normal working hours, due to my security system making a noise because of a fault. He arrived within 10 minutes of me calling him. He was very efficient and polite. Importantly, the out of hours/emergency call out fee seemed reasonable given that it also included him fixing the system and getting it set back up (i.e. not just making the noise stop for the night). I would be happy to recommend James' company.

  Absolutely brilliant service by James, came out the same day, replaced the battery in my burglar alarm, gave me some very helpful advice at an extremely reasonable price. Highly recommended and will use again
