  James has been and fitted/installed a full intruder & security alarm system at my house today. What a legend he is, tidy work & efficient! The work he’s done is top notch and he’s a professional at what he does, the box is easy enough to use & the app on my phone too! (A monkey could use it!) - thanks so much James & I’d recommend for anyone to use him to feel safe at home ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. He’s going to come back and do my back flood light too!

  I had a problem with alarm system, it had activated and I couldn't disarm the outside bell,rang JCL, and James was extremely helpful ,I had tried a few solutions myself all to no avail ,James was on another job and when completed he rang to say he was on his way ,ran a few tests and suggested a new system ,this one had been installed nearly 20 yrs ago, I said go ahead ,and within a day had booked me in for a new system ,arrived on time , removed all system , installed new system and went through all instructions on how to use. James was polite , neat and tidy and at no time did he pressurise the sale, brilliant job by a well qualified engineer ,well worth knowing for friends and family if needed many thanks James

  James installed an extensive wired alarm system to our 3 bed bungalow. A highly professional experienced engineer with exceptional attention to detail. Quality of workmanship was outstanding. James demonstrated comprehensively how to operate the system. The work was completed on time and house left spotless. I would highly recommend James at JCL.
