  The staff were very Kind and helpful which sucks as they sold me a dirty and Scratched Disc (Edit) Went in for a refund and the staff gave me the refund a new copy of said game with no charge, Honestly couldn't be happier further cementing how friendly and kind these staff were (Second edit) It seems all their stock is all scratched or dirty discs, ive cleaned and throughly washed the game's and my console refuses to recognise it, and I know its not my xbox as all my other discs work fine, it's a real shame as I love the staff

  I had a fantastic experience at CEX North Shields. Adam, the store manager, was especially polite, friendly, and super helpful. He made sure I got a good deal and took the time to make everything easy. Honestly, everyone in the store was polite and helpful. It was a really positive experience.

  Very helpful staff, with a good selection of used tech and games. Staff were very friendly, chatty and seemed like they really enjoyed their job. Would definitely recommend it!

  AMASING staff members, very friendly and very helpful, best CeX staff I’ve met in any CeX store! Such good people! 10/10 easy!

  Loved this store as it’s the staff that keeps it fantastically moving. Very chill people ask them anything you have all the answers.
