Excellent service from start to finish. I only contacted Richard last week after being let down by another lock smith he was able to attend promptly. He explained and showed me exactly what had gone wrong with the lock. He replaced the lock tidied everything up afterwards and was professional and clearly knew what he was doing. Overall very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a reliable locksmith. Excellent job thank you!

Excellent service from start to finish. Richard returned my initial call and explained what the issue might be and likely costs. He arrived on time and explained what was required and was able to fix the back door there and then as he has a workshop in his van.

What a traditional Tradesman Richard just doesn’t sort out our modern upvc/resin door locks like mine which had decided to not lock - HE MAKES ANY PART OF a LOCK OR KEY THATS NEEDED TO OPEN IT (FROM SCRATCH )UNIQUE LOCKSMITH works on many of our historic buildings. I text him last night at 10pm and he responded at 7am this morning requested pics of problem and he was here at 8am the next day having sorted out someone else’s problems at 4am this morning at a house a couple of miles away. Local to me based at woodseats but covers the whole of UK He also fixed my chain which has not been useable for months

Richard came to change the locking mechanism on 3 windows and ended up sorting 2 sticking doors as well. Very knowledgeable and very trustworthy. Was recommended to me and I would highly recommend to anyone who needs anything done to do with any type of locks
