  What a traditional Tradesman Richard just doesn’t sort out our modern upvc/resin door locks like mine which had decided to not lock - HE MAKES ANY PART OF a LOCK OR KEY THATS NEEDED TO OPEN IT (FROM SCRATCH )UNIQUE LOCKSMITH works on many of our historic buildings. I text him last night at 10pm and he responded at 7am this morning requested pics of problem and he was here at 8am the next day having sorted out someone else’s problems at 4am this morning at a house a couple of miles away. Local to me based at woodseats but covers the whole of UK He also fixed my chain which has not been useable for months

  Richard came to change the locking mechanism on 3 windows and ended up sorting 2 sticking doors as well. Very knowledgeable and very trustworthy. Was recommended to me and I would highly recommend to anyone who needs anything done to do with any type of locks

  Richard created two new keys for an old espagnolette lock on your conservatory door and a new shutter bar for some original shutters. The quality of Richard's work was excellent and he was very accommodating at doing the work to our schedule. We highly recommend Richard's services and will definitely continue to use him for our renovation works.

  I thoroughly recommend Richard's first-rate service and professionalism. He went above-and-beyond to be helpful - despite my specific enquiry not being all that valuable to him, and I'm from Australia! Obviously, if I had a particularly old, valuable or rare lock to deal with, he is the right choice. I run my own business, and understand the importance of proper customer service - Richard clearly also understands that value too.
