  My 4-year-old had his private hire party at Kids Zone today, and I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the whole team. Everyone was so helpful, friendly, and polite throughout the day. It was also the cleanest indoor play area we’ve ever visited, which really stood out. The party was fantastic, and my son had the best time! Thank you all for making it such a special day!

  DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE! Despite there being huge signs up on entry that rough play and violence will not be tolerated, my child has been assaulted there by another child today. It has resulted in him being strangled and having a black eye. We are also going to a&e for a cut under his eye to be glued as it’s very deep. The other child has left fingerprints around his throat. On speaking to the “manager”, she said their policy was to speak to children twice about hurting others before asking them to leave. I am disgusted by this policy. No accident to incident log was completed for this and although we were offered an ice pack, no offer was made to clean, or provide equipment to clean, the split under his eye. She did speak to the other parent which then resulted in them shouting at my child and verbally abusing us. The family were not asked to leave. I am disgusted. I’ve never been to a soft play so badly run in my life.

  Visited here this afternoon with my toddler. It was utter chaos! There was children climbing up the netting of the play area in plain sight, hiding under enclosed slides and sitting on top of them when other children went down. Throwing socks up the slides towards other children despite their ‘strict’ sock policy. At one point there was up to 7 children at once climbing the same slide whilst others were trying to go down. The under 3 section was flooded with children 10 years and over. It was an accident waiting to happen!! My daughter at her age was not able to go on anything as I was not able to ensure her safety due to the behaviour of others. Staff was present and saw all of this unfolding (when they wasn’t hiding in the back) yet the parents nor the children was spoken too! It was absolutely shocking. I wouldn’t recommend if you have a smaller child as clearly their health and safety policy needs to be reevaluated. Waste of money as we couldn’t make use of any of the soft play!

  This really is a great place to take kids, very reasonable entry price. Inside its a great number of areas for your child to play. For £1 extra you can get a selection of the children’s menu. If you want to eat also again prices are very reasonable! Highly recommend. Staff are friendly and attentive! Definitely will visit again
