  First things first, I bought a pre-owned controller in-store here for around £50–£60. Right after purchasing it, both myself and my partner noticed it was absolutely filthy and covered in grime. While I could clean it properly with isopropyl alcohol, that’s definitely not something I should have to do for an item sold at this price. Just two weeks later, when I was using it, it developed really bad, unbearable stick drift—it’s completely unplayable. It’s honestly so disappointing: they sell pre-owned items in this condition and still expect you to pay premium prices for it. Their games are no better either. Over the years, some pre-owned titles I’ve bought here simply wouldn’t load at all. When I was younger and had an Xbox 360, one of their discs actually damaged my console! I’d much rather shop at GAME, but their local store has closed down—which is such a shame, because they sold proper quality items, and everything I ever bought from them worked perfectly with no issues. Whether they claim to test their stock or not, I honestly don’t think they do. They just get items in and slap them straight onto the shelf, no checks done at all.

  Waste of time, don't bother taking "very slightly bent" devices. The nerve for them to take 5 minutes to try and find it and say "I definitely saw it earlier" (clearly indicating how very small of a bend it was) and then saying it's not sellable. I guarantee more then half of their devices have a "very slight bend" because they're electronics. Thanks for wasting 3 hours of my time to tell me you can't accept it at all.

  Not happy as the other day I brought some ear buds from here for around £60 and to my dismay they had slimy ear wax all over them only great supine protoplasmic invertebrate jellies would sell these
