  Utterly disgusted with the pair of arrogant individuals that run this business. They advertised that the auction started at 6 p.m. on the Tuesday and concluded at 12 p.m. the following day. Their viewing times for the public are clearly stated on their website as between 9.30 and 12 on the day of the auction. I phoned them first thing on Tuesday morning and asked if they were adding any more lots to the auction as there were less than 40 on the website and I wanted to come and view. I was told that they were expecting more deliveries that morning. I said 'No problem I'll pop down in a bit'. The response was 'ok' and nothing else. It took me an hour to get to their business premises but I couldn't find the entrance so I called again. A different person answered this time and I explained that I was unable to find the entrance to view the sofas they had for auction. I was told that I couldn't view as they weren't ready and viewing was only allowed on the day of the auction. I said, 'but the auction starts at 6 p.m. today'. The response was 'it does, but the day of the auction is tomorrow'. I informed him that I'd called earlier and told the person I was popping down and he had said ok. He told me to hang on and I could hear him speaking to another person. He then came back to me and said 'he didn't say that, he told you to come on the day of the auction'. I told him that wasn't correct but regardless, the day of the auction was that day (starting at 6 p.m.). He bluntly told me that I couldn't view. I told him I'd wasted an hour of my time travelling there and ended the call. A few minutes later I received a call from them. Half expecting some form of apology for the misunderstanding I answered. It was not an apology but the same individual continuing his stance that his 'partner' had not said I could view that day. He told me he was going to put me on to him. I told him I was not prepared to argue with him about it and it didn't matter as I wasn't allowed to view anyway. He then became angry and told me that he wasn't going to allow me to buy anything from the auction. I said, 'but I've purchased from you before'. He said, 'well you won't be purchasing from us again!'. Unbelievable arrogance and customer service skills that fall away below the expectations of the general public. Steer clear of these two, they're clearly in the auction business, away from the general public for a reason. If I could give zero stars, that's what they would get.
