  Unparalleled compassion and utmost attention to detail from the outset. Will ushered me through a harrowing period with rare dignity, insight and empathy. Although my requirements were not as exhaustive as some, G. Gilbert treated me with great respect, allowing limitless time to ensuring my wishes were enacted exactly, including complete compliance with how the ceremony should unfold on the day. A universally uplifting and fortifying experience in time of greatest need. Thank - you to Gemma also as contacts with her were so polite and understanding. Would completely recommend.

  We are truly grateful to Gemma and the team for guiding us through a very difficult time with such compassion and kindness. From the moment we contacted them, we knew they were the right fit to trust with the arrangements for our mum's final journey. Nothing has been too much trouble, every detail was taken care of, giving us the peace of mind we needed to get through the last few weeks.

  Thank you for everthing u did today for my mammas funeral and especially to gemma!! I couldnt fault anything it was lovely and proffetional and gemma was lovely to deal with wen i went to say my final goodbyes to my mamma, brilliant service all round thank you so much 😊
