  Ed has done a brilliant job for us with a very reasonable price. He was very punctual, professional and friendly. He was also very thoughtful - even brought his own indoor shoes for the assessment. At the end he explained things in detail and sent the EPC certificate through within 1 working day. Thanks, Ed!

  Ed provided a great service. We were requiring an EPC at short notice and he was able to accommodate. Onsite he ran through each room in detail and surveyed the property thoroughly. Once completed the paper work was done onsite and on the government portal immediately. Would recommend Ed and use again for other properties.

  As a letting agent, I work with a lot of different contractors, and I can honestly say Ed is one of the best. He’s always reliable, reasonably priced, and consistently delivers EPCs promptly when we need them. Communication is great, and he’s just an all-round lovely guy to deal with.   Excellent service from Ed promptly on time, professional, thorough, friendly which is a rarity these days.Great value for money great price and got back to me which other assessors didn't.would definitely recommend if you need a EPC certificate
