  Customer service isn't good enough. The warmth and lack of care shown really shows them up! Disappointed that the colleague before who served me to sell an item saw that I was waiting and didn't bother to let me know it was done eventhough it was a little earlier. She didn't even bother to serve me whom told me to come back 20 mins later which I did and waited patiently. This lady had glasses and tattoos I think and was very cold and stern. Not impressed. Shame on you! The other colleague that served me was lovely and I left feeling uncomfortable by the way I was treated. Why work in retail and hospitality if you don't treat your customers the way they should be treated! It's not on and I hope the manager takes this on board. I won't be returning as I felt uncomfortable and not made to feel welcome. Very bad! Date+time - 13/04/26 at 15:55

  Sold my old 2ds as it was a discontinued one, however they offer to pay me £35.. but a few weeks later they selling for £120?!. Never selling again
