  Ordered a Microsoft Surface Dock 2 online for collection from the Nottingham store. When I collected it, I was initially handed just the dock, without its power supply. After I queried this, a power supply was provided, but unfortunately it was the wrong one: a 90 W unit rather than the 199 W supply required for the Dock 2. I only noticed after I had walked back to where I had parked. Having checked the correct specification online, I had to return to the store and get it changed, costing me another 15 minutes when I was already in a hurry. To their credit, the member of staff was apologetic and supplied the correct PSU without any further problem. However, customers shouldn't need to know the technical specifications themselves to ensure they're receiving a complete product with the correct accessories. Hence 3 stars - resolved satisfactorily in the end, but an avoidable hassle.

  This is the worst shop where you can buy stuff i bought phone from there for my son as birsday present they told me there's no problems with the phone at all whats so ever as soon as I got home I tried to charge it it was showing there is water in the.charging point I went back to the shop to return it as they said we have 5 years guaranteed on it if there will be any problems eather they will fix the problem or i can get my money back but when I went there they took the phone and told me to come back later after when I went back there they told me the phone works perfectly fine saying they have check it but obviously they dont want to fix or return anything back so they just going to lie so guys please dont go and buy expensive stuff from then because you will get legally robbed by them this is literally the worst customer service in the entire nottingham 💯💯

  A clean and tidy looking branch, centrally located. Seemed to have almost the entire store to myself during my visit. Came in looking for PSP games and films. Not any I needed this time around, but with a well laid out store it was easy to find that out without too much random searching.

  I have used this company twice now. Its always nice to see familiar faces after a few years. The guys are always super helpful! And fantastic customer care. Very professional 👏

  They don’t have any respect for the costumers especially the new one opesite to Victoria city centre and thier behaviour very bad and they ignoring you when you go there and their staff are zero for everything .
