- ZDZümra DelioğluSep 26, 20261.0Far from helping. Hard earned £930 is wasted
- KSKevin John SkeenSep 15, 20262.0Staff are mostly a delight, store stinks of mould and damp. Isn’t the store new???
- JKJesse KingstonSep 8, 20265.0Went in a few weeks ago to get my Nintendo switch repaired and just received it back, the lovely girl there who served me was so very kind and helpful, greenish hair youth was much more useful than most other youth these days! The Nintendo switch repair was also fantastic no flaws and good price. Thank you Bradley!
- EBEd BeckSep 6, 20263.0Selection is fine and staff are lovely but why does it really smell in the new location?? Poor staff who have to work in poor conditions 😔
- OHOliver HollandAug 27, 20261.0I've been refused a purchase as the store advisor could not work out that the Force Unleashed 2, was not the Force unleashed 1. They even told me they spotted the disc on the shelf and then proceeded to put the first game in the case, when explained that it was supposed to be the second game, all they said was yeah the game case is probably out on display? I said it was in your hand and could you get the game off the shelf they just shrugged and said no before putting the game case under the counter. I'm mad as I've walked away feeling far more stupid from the experience. That entire conversation was a new level of stupid. Refusing customers service for not walking a few steps to get a game??? 5 stars!
