  I have taken things to sell to them a few times, and every time you get an excuse not to take them or not to give the full price, as if the staff are on commission to get the item as cheaply as possible. For example, I took in a 3DS XL that was missing a tiny bit of cardboard, and they wanted to give me the unboxed price even though it was in near-perfect condition with the box and all the accessories. I also brought in a PS4 and told them it had a 1-terabyte hard drive inside, and I was accused of illegally modifying the console by a very rude employee who doesn't know how to talk to people or have any customer service skills whatsoever. Additionally, I had a PS5 headset that had the smallest imperfection underneath the rubber of the headphones. All of these items were taken by other CeX stores for the price listed on the app without any problems. If you are selling any sort of technology, I would avoid this store.

  Asked a member of staff if they had some PS2 games and he was extremely helpful. Called multiple stores to check they had it in stock, and asked it to be reserved for me to pick up. A really nice fella and a pleasure to be served by.
