  Had a serious problem with an expensive item i had bought 10 days earlier. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I got a full refund and was very happy with the service. I have always had great service from all CEX stores over the years and I will continue to use them as you cant beat there 5 year guarantee.

  Shop is useless they always have a excuse not to buy staff have been claiming there test bench isn’t working for over 8 weeks now which is hard to believe for a company that makes a profit from buying and selling second hand

  I had heard bad things about this store but gave them a try anyway, I took 3 items in which I had already tested and they failed everything bar the one that was actually faulty, and now that product is on sale in the Bulwell store, I went back to retrieve a usb cable that they hadn't given back to me, and the arrogant store manager told me I wasn't welcome in the store anymore, I have had great experience with other stores but the Bulwell store I would avoid at all costs

  DON'T BOTHER- Nottingham has 3 CEX stores, never have a problem with the ones in the city and especially market square. But THIS STORE (Bulwell) is unbelievably scrutinous regarding merchandise and will point to seemingly any flaw as a reason not to buy goods, even if in working order. I have sold a good many high value retro goods to CEX but lost count of the amount of times this store has declined perfectly good items, which were ALWAYS then purchased by the main city stores without issue. Don't waste your time with this one- they don't know what they're doing.
