Fantastic service from Craig, definitely recommend. Contacted using their web form, was able to text to confirm the visit. As a phone call adverse millennial, ability to avoid making a call was a huge plus 😂 No pressure to go ahead with the quoted work, happy to explain the details of what was wrong and why. They were ready and able to complete it during the visit when we expressed a desire to go ahead. Super straight forward, knowledgeable and pleasure to work with. 👍

Craig and Sam did a great job, highly recommended. Craig responded to enquiries quickly and easily got a time booked in for them to come round and fix a front door that wasn't locking anymore. Sam arrived on time, advised me of what needed to be done and replaced the mechanism that had broken.

I found this Derbyshire Trusted Trader via Google. They came to do 3 minor jobs for us. We were very pleased with their professional approach and level of service. I would recommend.

Quick to respond, quick to get on site. Nothing was an issue, efficiently quoted and completed the work. Windows all work like new. £1200 instead of replacing windows that didn’t need replacing.

Would highly recommend Craig and Sam, both very knowledgeable and experienced and were quick to visit and provide a quote and help me with the questions I had before proceeding. Very professional, clear quote and arranged a date quickly, on the day they were extremely tidy and cleaned up afterwards. I will be using them for all my UPVC doors and window repairs etc in future as they are honest, reliable and a reasonable price. Thanks
