  I went in with a lot of shoulder pain and limited mobility from a rotator cuff problem. Over the course of treatment this was completely resolved and my overall shoulder health and strength has increased. Karen was excellent at explaining every exercise and the mechanics and physiology behind them all. Also she unpicked the postural problems and imbalances that had led to the issue in the first place.

  Karen's expertise and motivational enthusiasm impressed me so much during my pulmonary rehabilitation that I decided to continue seeing her privately. Karen is helping me regain a good posture, with muscles working as they should be, after years of incorrect walking whilst waiting for knee operations due to chronic arthritis. Karen is a mine of information about how the body and muscle groups work together and I am already seeing results in strength and greater flexibility, as evidenced in my squats! I whole heartedly recommend Karen for all your physiotherapy needs. I will certainly be continuing to work with Karen to become a fitter, more flexible grandmother.

  Karen has helped me tremendously since I joined the pulmonary rehabilitation group. I am now physically and mentally stronger because of her support and encouragement.

  Thorough assessment and good rehab plan. Very happy with the service. Karen explained everything in detail and took the time to explain the rehabilitation process!
