  Absolute nightmare if I could I would give 0 stars. Do not register your pets here. From making you pay more and more and more to losing poo samples to letting your dog starve and put in a cage all day because they couldn't get her through for an xray. We had a 9am appointment on a Friday for our 7 month old puppy for xrays bloods and ultrasounds. Should have taken 3/4 h ish. At 14:30 still no update or call from them. Rang them and they still hadn't done ANYTHING with her saying she would be going for her things soon. At 17:30 still no call whatsoever by then until I rang and then being told she is just going for her xrays! We ended up picking her up at 19:30 and them saying oh we did give her a little bit of food but because she hasn't eaten anything for so long reintroduce slowly....she hadn't eaten from the night before due to sedation. absolutely ridiculous the least that should have been done was a phonecall to say we need to reschedule or bring her in later or anything but nothing. Then we were told to get a phonecall about all the results on Monday. Yet again Monday comes and no update whatsoever. We went there and asked and got told we will receive a call either afternoon or evening. After waiting again no phonecall so rang again as all we want is to know what's wrong with our baby. To then being told we will get phonecall with results on thursday?? A week later? What an absolute joke. No support with anything other than them wanting to make money and letting people wait for results that are already there but they will let you wait over a 1week. Another week lost with our pup and us not knowing what we can do for her. If your time with your pet is precious as well as its health I can only say do not register as all they make you do is wait for answers, try and make you pay more and don't support you or your pet at all.

  I arrived at Minster Vets Newark first thing on Sunday with no notice, with a poorly guinea pig which had to be euthanised. This was a traumatic moment for my daughter and I, but we could not fault the team for their sympathy and patience, and how calmly and efficiently they dealt with us. Lovely front office staff and vet. We'll miss our guinea pig Brussel, but he got a peaceful and respectful send off at Minster.

  Took a stray cat in today to see if it was chipped absolutely Great service vet saw the cat within 5 minutes. Thanks for your professionalism

  Our cat was shot with an air rifle and saved our cats life due to vet James operating on him for 3 hours all the staff are brilliant, have empathy and sympathy and go above and beyond wouldn't take my cats anywhere else !!!
