  Despite my visit being of the upsetting kind, everyone I dealt with from booking, rebooking as an emergency and the vet who dealt with me at my appointment, I couldn’t be more thankful, I was very distressed as I had a poorly pet and they made everything much easier and treated me with such compassion, outstanding service, thank you for making a hard day a little easier.

  They have saved my old cat's life time and again. Friendly vets and reception staff. Also love the fact they have a separate cat waiting room 😊

  Outstanding service from a practice that clearly cares about the animals they treat. Even though l am not registered with them they treated my dog as an emergency out of hours, l cannot ever thank them enough. I wouldn't hesitate to use Minster again, l have nothing but praise for them. Thank you for everything you did.

  Their prices are reasonable. The reception staff are friendly & very helpfull. Emma is the Vet who looks after Millie, she listens & then recomends a way forward. Millie trusts & likes her. Thank you.
