  From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into a serene and calming environment by friendly, professional staff. As it was my first pregnancy, I was extremely anxious before and during the scan, but they went above and beyond to make me feel safe, reassured, and comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Everything was explained clearly and in detail as the scan progressed, which I truly appreciated. Their kindness, patience, and professionalism made such a difference to my experience. Thankfully, everything went well, and I left feeling relieved and incredibly grateful. I can’t recommend them highly enough, especially if you’re feeling nervous or attending your first pregnancy scan.

  We went to our gender scan today and Clifford was the absolute best! So welcoming, knowledgeable and patient. Baby was not getting into the right position for us to see the gender but Clifford was so patient and helpful and didn’t make us feel like we were in a rush. He was able to explain and show us our baby in a lot of detail. 10/10 would recommend

  I booked a neck scan as had a worrisome lump. I was scan by Clifford. The experience from start to finish was 5 stars. Everyone was very friendly but professional. Clifford was brilliant, gave my neck a very thorough scan and was able to talk me through the whole process explaining things as he went along. If I ever have any other health concerns I will be booking this place in heartbeat. The scan was £190 which was worth every penny for peace of mind

  Would highly recommend to anyone needing peace of mind to have their pregnancy scans here. The staff was absolutely brilliant, from the moment we walked in we was welcomed with so much positivity and care. We arrived an hour early but they saw us straight away without evening hesitating! We had the most beautiful scan seeing our little one and the sonographer was brilliant! We can’t wait to return for our gender scan, we can’t thank you enough for how well we was treated, so much dignity and respect, thank you again! X

  I cannot thank Clifford and the entire team enough for the care and compassion I received. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and understanding. The receptionist who welcomed me was absolutely wonderful – warm, friendly, and reassuring at a time when I was feeling very anxious. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she deserves recognition for how kind and supportive she was. Clifford was incredibly thorough during my ultrasound examination and made me feel comfortable throughout what was a very stressful appointment. He took the time to explain things clearly and treated me with genuine care and respect. What impressed me most was the support I received afterwards. I was extremely worried about my results, and Clifford personally called me to go through everything in detail over the phone. He patiently answered my questions, explained the findings clearly, and provided reassurance when I needed it most. That level of care and compassion is something I will never forget. In a healthcare setting, technical expertise is important, but kindness and empathy make all the difference. Both Clifford and the receptionist showed an exceptional level of care, and I left feeling listened to, supported, and reassured. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone. Thank you for making such a stressful experience so much easier and for going above and beyond for your patients. ❤️
