  I highly recommend Folly Fields. Set in an idyllic and serene location, we opted to travel and take our beloved Staffy, Meredith, there ourselves. We were greeted by Agnieszka, who showed us to the farewell room and told us to take as long as needed to say goodbye. We were then shown a wide selection of urns, and they had other products on display such as clay paw impressions, ink prints, and jewellery. There was no pressure to purchase additional items, but the quality was fantastic, so we opted for some extras. We were advised how long each part of the process would likely take, along with transparent pricing. We opted for some ink prints, a clay print, and an urn, along with some ashes in a small bag so we could put them into a pendant if desired. Overall, we received an empathic, professional experience, making a very difficult time in our lives more manageable. I’d have no hesitation in returning to Folly Fields in the future for the dignified service they offer to us and our companion animals.

  If you want something special for your pet who’s passed this is the place to go. It’s 5 star without a doubt. It is a beautiful and peaceful place. I can’t fault them at all. From the minute I rang I was met with a warm caring voice. Agnieszka thank you for everything you have done and making me feel at ease when it was a difficult day for me. There was no rushing me, there was no pushing of sales pitch at all. Agnieszka let me decided what I wanted and I’m grateful for that. Plus John Snow was individually cremated with dignity and a lot of care. Which was a huge thing for me. When I went to collect Snow to bring him home , I decided on a cat pendant so some of his ashes is with me all the time. Plus they had done plenty of his paw prints as a reminder and a certificate. I highly recommend Folly Fields

  Honestly amazing. Loosing a pet, who you class as a member of your family is one of the hardest times. I could not recommend Folly Fields enough. Service was outstanding, care and compassion also. Pricing is always a concern for most people, but honestly in the grand scheme of things, they were one of the best out there for the service I received. Thank you for looking after Reggie, and letting me take my boy home in the most amazing way. Appreciate everything you did, and I cannot thank you enough.

  Amazing service Aga & Oliver collected my dog Razor in the most dignified and professional manner I highly recommend Folly Fields and will be posting their services on all my social media

  I am very grateful to Angieszka for the compassion and kindness I was shown after the loss of my beloved boy. Nothing was rushed and her genuine empathy made such a difficult time slightly easier to bear. Although I hope I don’t have to go through this again any time soon, I would absolutely trust and use their services again and cannot recommend them highly enough.
