  I had a great experience at CEX thanks to James. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. His customer service and product knowledge were fantastic and he was really able to help with the queries I had around buying my phone.

  Empty shop and terrible customer service, stood waiting watching a staff member blow air through an Xbox for 15mins, asked to be served and just got looked at before waiting another 10mins. Absolutely unacceptable.

  Really helpful staff. The shop didn’t initially have the phone I was wanting (I wanted something specific) and James went to some trouble to get exactly what I wanted for me, from a different store, and have it transferred for me. Brilliant! I didn’t even have to pay for the transfer either! Would definitely recommend James and CEX Newark. .

  The best CEX I’ve ever been to amazing shop and amazing staff especially James…. He’s so polite and even helped me through the process of getting a brand new Apple Watch Ultra 3. So happy with my purchase thanks to James.
