  Dom at the Three store in Mansfield was honestly amazing from start to finish. We originally went in because my boyfriend’s plan was due to expire, so we just wanted to look at new plans and possibly a new phone for him. As soon as we came into the store, Dom approached us and made us feel welcome straight away. He took the time to walk us through all the plans and options clearly, and showed my boyfriend different iPhone choices and price comparisons so he could properly decide what suited him best. My boyfriend wasn’t sure at first which iPhone he wanted, but Dom was so patient with us and never made us feel rushed. In the end, my boyfriend chose a navy iPhone 17 Pro Max, and Dom made the whole process feel really easy, smooth and understandable. He talked us through everything, including the monthly costs, damage cover options, and all the key details. What made the experience even better was that after helping my boyfriend, Dom also went above and beyond to help him get another phone for me as well. He was so down to earth, easy to talk to, and genuinely helpful. He explained my options around keeping my existing phone number or getting a new one, and because my situation was a little more complicated, he even wrote the steps down on paper for me so it would be easy to follow. He also left a phone number for us to contact him on in case we had any questions or problems. We also looked at the approximate trade-in value for our old iPhones, which was really helpful. We came into the store casually with two Costa drinks, just expecting to look at a new plan for my boyfriend, and walked out really happy after ordering two brand new phones with next day delivery. The level of customer service from Dom was immaculate. He was patient, professional, friendly and incredibly helpful throughout. We genuinely left feeling looked after, which you don’t always get these days. I would highly recommend asking for Dom if you visit the Mansfield store — he made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. Thank you so much again! :)
