Neil and his team listened to what I wanted and 110% delivered. All on site were professional, tidy and very friendly. They knocked down an old conservatory, took down the existing back wall, built a retaining wall, steps and a patio area in the garden. They then built an extension with a lantern roof which succeeded in filling my old dark kitchen with tons of natural light. I would definitely recommend NK.

We are absolutely delighted with our extension and couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Neil and the whole team at NK Development. From start to finish, the team were professional, reliable and hardworking. They kept us informed throughout the whole process, were always happy to answer any questions, and took real pride in their work. The quality and attention to detail have been fantastic, and the finished extension has completely transformed our home. A huge thank you to Neil and everyone involved for making what could have been a stressful process so straightforward. We would highly recommend NK Development to anyone considering building work or an extension. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
