  Always find Mick Radford to be honest and extremely helpful and friendly his knowledge of vacuums is endless. Yes you may pay a few pounds more than at larger retailers or online but if you have any problems he is always extremely helpful to resolve the issue. I question would you get this from Online retailers I would think the answer would possible NO. I have just purchased a Sebo Airbelt K3 ,Premium after discussing my options with Mick I'm more than pleased with his advice.

  Excellent customer service. I ordered the wrong part for my appliance and Phillip could not have been more helpful in identifying the correct part and then offering me options as the part was no longer available. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you

  Great service, a breath of fresh air to actually have someone answer the phone when you have an enquiry / order. Mick was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful with my parts enquiry. A great find for a supplier of parts, service and new appliance orders. Thanks Mick- regards Paul 👍

  I ordered a replacement head for my Henry Quick. The staff were very helpful and it was delivered in a timely manner. Unfortunately, there was an issue with it. As soon as I contacted the shop, the staff went out of their way to send a replacement and check that everything was alright. This is first class service! I won't hesitate to use them again and I will be recommending them to anyone. Thank you for making the transaction a pleasent and enjoyable one!
