  I phoned J Henson Roofing to see if they could come round for a quote. They asked me to send over my availability for the next couple of weeks, which I did immediately. Five days later I hadn't heard back, so I sent a follow-up message. It's now been four weeks since my follow-up and I still haven't heard anything. Don't waste your time with this company.

  J Henson Roofing have just finished the new roof at our property and I can't recommend them highly enough. From first meeting Jay, his honest and positive attitude filled us with confidence. From day one he constantly kept us updated and kept to his word on every date he gave us for things arriving/starting/finishing. Everything was carried out professionally and efficiently. The knowledge this company have about roofing is impressive and it was great to find a team who could offer suggestions and discuss different options with us to achieve what we were after. The whole team on site were wonderful, incredibly hard working, and kept everything safe and tidy. They were all so friendly and considerate to both us, our neighbours and anyone walking past the house. The new roof looks amazing. We are so pleased with it. It was a big project for us to undertake and we were worried about the disruption, but it has been barely noticeable and that is thanks to Jay and his team. We feel very fortunate to have found such a wonderful company to complete this job for us and would highly recommend them to anyone.

  From first contact to finish of work Jason was very pleasant polite and professional. The work to fix my ridge tiles has been carried out to a very high standard. Jason and Wayne arrived promptly and left everything clean and tidy. I highly recommend them.
