  I phoned J Henson Roofing to see if they could come round for a quote. They asked me to send over my availability for the next couple of weeks, which I did immediately. Five days later I hadn't heard back, so I sent a follow-up message. It's now been four weeks since my follow-up and I still haven't heard anything. Don't waste your time with this company.

  We’re really pleased with the roofing work carried out by J Henson Roofing. From the very first phone call reporting a roof leak, through to turning up on time, carrying out a thorough inspection, clearly explaining what needed to be done and why, providing a quote, and completing the work, we felt extremely comfortable throughout the whole process. The job was then completed to a very high standard and the whole team were polite, respectful, and professional throughout. They took great care of our property and left everything clean and tidy once the work was finished. There was absolutely no pressure to go with them, and the price was very fair for the amount of work required. They were also extremely prompt and reliable to get the job done efficiently in both rain and shine. We would highly recommend them and will definitely be having them back when we need our flat roof done.

  From first contact to finish of work Jason was very pleasant polite and professional. The work to fix my ridge tiles has been carried out to a very high standard. Jason and Wayne arrived promptly and left everything clean and tidy. I highly recommend them.
