  The product is A1 however their after sales service is abysmal. I reported a problem with one of the patterned units on my front door about 2months ago. It took about a month of constant phoning before an inspector came, took one look and immediately phoned his office to report that the unit replacing. Four weeks have passed and having been told on the phone a number of times the job would done immediately, but again I've been strung along again. David Hughes Caerleon

  Had a full window and door replacement on my property with A One, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Mark and his excellent team were thorough, honest and helpful throught the installation. I can tell they take great care in their work, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was to the highest standard. I love my new windows and will definitely be a repeat customer for future work.

  Very pleased! Professional service from start to finish. Excellent quality windows and a fantastic team of knowledgeable tradesmen. No mess, they used dust sheets even on the stairs and no damage to paintwork internally. Highly recommended!

  This is the second time i have used A One home improvements, both times i have found James and his team delightful to work with. This time we had a new patio door and a kitchen window. James knew exactly what i was looking for from what i described and he didnt try and sell me something i really didnt need just to get extra money, he is a honest, and helpful man and got me the look i wanted at a fair price. Once again, i cant fault the fitting team. All very professional from start to finish, they cleaned the window and doors after, and all the old fittings was taken away, so no mess for me to clean up. Lastly, the product. I LOVE them. Just as fabulous as the first job of front windows and front door. Look gorgeous and quality products. Thats why i went back to James the second time for this job. It wasn't the cheapest but it certainly wasn't the most expensive, but you get what you pay for and A one home improvements is worth every penny. I would highly recommend this company for anyone that is thinking about replacing doors/windows, well done James and everyone else in the team.

  Mark and the team were brilliant from start to finish! Not the easiest of jobs replacing all the windows in a 1930s house, but they did a great job. Having had several quotations, they were very competitive, completed the job in good time, especially given the heatwave this week. Would 100% recommend and definitely use again in future!
