I would highly recommend A1 Home Improvements to anyone looking for new windows. From the very first moment Mark came out to see me, there was absolutely no pressure. As a part-owner of the company, he was incredibly polite, highly informative, and conducted himself with complete professionalism. It was refreshing to deal with someone who wasn't pushy at all. I had six windows installed in total, including two bay windows, and the fitting team worked seamlessly together to complete the entire job in just two days. They were thorough, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. Once the job was finished, they cleaned up everything after themselves and left the place spotless. I am completely delighted with the final product and the entire experience was overwhelmingly positive. I would definitely recommend A1 Home Improvements to anyone wanting a hassle-free, top-quality job!

If you have ever had or considered having a conservatory/extension added to your house, finding the contractor to do it is only part of the experience! Pricing, materials, schedules, etc are all over the place, not too mention understanding what it will be in the end! That is, until I met Mark with A One Home Improvements! He explained everything (and more) to me in a way that left me without questions or doubts about what I was getting, my 10-year warranty, when it would happen and how long the installation would take. When the installers (Ceri, Josh, and Carl) arrived, they and their equipment were clean and tidy. They put down a floor runner to protect my floors. Regarding the installation itself, they worked with professional enthusiasm and PERFECTION! With 30+ years of experience, Ceri did all the extras that will insure excellent energy efficiency and longevity of the structure. And one more mention... When they were finished with the installation, they swept and removed every bit of rubbish and left the place clean and tidy! Mark, my great thanks to you and your team! Blessings, Jim

Really pleased with how the windows have made the house look. Reasonably priced and Mark was very easy to work with.
