  Claire & her team are just brilliant. I’ve used them for displays for functions and everyone has commented in the skill and creativity. My most recent personal purchase was a heart shaped wreath & long stemmed roses for the funeral of a very dear immediate family member. My sister and I had very different views whilst at the stall, their patience and expertise in guidance to a decision along with a sprinkle of humour eased the whole process and made it dignified. The amount and quality of flowers in the wreath were just absolutely breathtaking and each of the long stemmed roses was heavy and in early bloom. Forget Me Not is truly one of Neath’s remaining treasures and their gift section is really unique too.

  I would like to Thank this florist, for the amazing anchor wreath they made for my brother's funeral. It was exceptional, the work was pristine, the fragrant white roses were divine. I asked for a ribbon I sent them to be attached. Nothing was too much trouble. For the exceptional price I was amazed. Thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart.

  After trawling through numerous florist websites, both local and national, Forget-Me-Not Florists was by far the most impressive and easiest to navigate through and use. A big pat on the back to whomever designed your website. I live in Spain and needed a quick and efficient service that allowed me easy access, a visual reference for the range of funeral flowers on offer with prices for each and a quick and secure payment method. Forget-Me-Not Florists website provided all that and more. I quickly realised after ordering and paying that I'd made a mistake on the delivery date! I was horrified to say the least but the website provided a personal contact e mail address and the mistake was rectified within hours! You wouldn't expect that level of personal service but by providing a contact e mail address where you can actually speak to someone and not just a 'bot' makes such a difference! Thank You Claire - you were professional, kind and so helpful in what was a very stressful situation. Gail
