We visited the Three store in Wellingborough to get broadband, but unfortunately there was an issue with the process. That’s when we were lucky enough to be assisted by Christy. Christy was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to resolve the issue, and her dedication and professionalism genuinely stood out. She asked us to take a seat while she worked through everything with her team via online chat and explored every possible way to get the issue sorted. I was in urgent need of the broadband, and Christy completely understood that. She stayed patient, helpful and determined until everything was finally resolved and we were able to get the broadband we needed. The store itself is lovely, but honestly, Christy deserves special recognition. Her customer service, patience and commitment were exceptional. Thank you so much, Christy, for going the extra mile and making sure we left happy. Three is lucky to have someone like you on the team!

You are not helpful to your customers at all. You just prefer to tell them to call or that it can be resolved online. You are completely useless. You are open, but I would not recommend you.

Avoid this branch if you value your time. I stood around waiting for ages just to be acknowledged, even though there were staff members standing around chatting. When I finally got served, the employee was incredibly unhelpful and completely failed to resolve my issue.

Went to Three to see how get their app. And a very nice young lady named Oana set my phone up with no problem refused to take a reward overworked underpaid. She is a credit to the company!!!
