  Brilliant customer service by the colleague called Aaron today! He was helpful, smiling all the way and very quick with service. Such positive experience!

  Terrible service poor attitude as soon as I walked in I was told we close in 10mins and I explained I lost me sim and need a new one so I was sent to her by the customer service team to do a sim swap which the lady proceeded to tell me that the team online closes in 10mins so I should leave the store and order it online and wait 3 days for it to be delivered because i am pay as you go customer she can’t help me. Which was a total lie I proceeded to explain that the online team advised me that this could be done in store and would be activated in 24hrs and she said no and called the manager who said I should go online order it and wait 3 days. Just awful customer care just not helpful don’t bother with this store. I brought a sim and left store called customer service team who did everything for me over the phone in less then 5mins. Awful customer service from this store

  Good range of handsets and tariffs. Often offers on for Clubcard holders. Staff polite, but lack product and network knowledge found in other retailers I've visited.
