Both Alison and Patricia communicated promptly and clearly by email at all times and were available if we had any questions or queries.   As a first time buyer, Alison & the team made the process so much less stressful with constant communication, professionalism and going above and beyond. You always knew what stage things were at and not having to chase them. They were also the only company that didn't seem like they were put to rip off first time buyers with exorbitant prices and had extremely good value for money.
